NOTE: Networking events and other live program features are available only with All-Inclusive registrations. Zoom login and dial-in information will be available in the conference virtual platform.

Morning Networking Coffees

These casual morning network events are an opportunity to interact with fellow attendees who have similar interests or serve in similar roles at their organizations as you, prior to the day’s live conference keynote or panel session.

  • Directors & CEOs, Monday, November 1 at 9:30 AM CT (10:30 AM ET)
  • Exhibitions & Collections, Tuesday, November 2 at 9:30 AM CT (10:30 AM ET)
  • Marketing & Development, Wednesday, November 3 at 9:30 AM CT (10:30 AM ET)
  • Emerging Museum Professionals, Friday, November 5 at 9:30 AM CT (10:30 AM ET)

Participants will be randomly sorted into Zoom breakout rooms based on their interests, with the flexibility to move to other rooms. Volunteer moderators will be ready with discussion prompts to get the conversation started. Sessions will not be recorded, to provide a safe space for discussion and encourage candor.

Come as you are, bring your morning sips and snacks, and stay as long as you’d like.

Lunchtime Networking Roundtables

Not a morning person? This year’s live program also includes two midday networking roundtable events for those interested in connecting over their lunch hour. These activities will bring attendees together for topical discussions.

  • Virtual Expo Lunchtime Networking Roundtable, Tuesday, November 2 at Noon CT (1 PM ET)
  • Lunchtime Networking Roundtable: Leadership at Every Level, November 3 at Noon CT (1 PM ET)

Participants will self-select Zoom breakout rooms based on their interests during the Virtual Expo Lunchtime Networking Roundtable and be randomly sorted into Zoom breakout rooms during the Leadership at Every Level Roundtable. Participants will have the flexibility to move to other rooms. Volunteer moderators will be ready with discussion prompts to get the conversation started. Sessions will not be recorded, to provide a safe space for discussion and encourage candor.

Come as you are, bring your lunch, and stay as long as you’d like.
